Terms of use

These terms are between you and Seven Ticks Software for use of charting at https://charting.in. If you do not agree, do not create an account.

The product

charting is a web charting terminal for Indian and crypto markets. We render charts on our own engine. We are not a broker, not a SEBI registered investment adviser, and not an exchange.

No order placement

Broker connections are for login, funds, holdings and positions only. charting does not place, modify or cancel orders. Dovee buy/sell/exit words are simulated on the chart. Outbound webhooks send data you configure to endpoints you control.

Accounts and plans

New accounts include 1 month of Chart (₹499). You can upgrade to Pro during the trial. After that you need a Chart (₹499/month) or Pro (₹999/month) subscription to keep using the workspace. Prices are in INR; GST extra where applicable. You must provide accurate registration details and keep credentials private.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service, share a paid seat in a way that bypasses billing, or use the terminal for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that abuse the system.

Data and uptime

Market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. You are responsible for decisions you make from the charts.

Liability

To the extent Indian law allows, Seven Ticks Software is not liable for trading losses, missed fills, or data errors. Our aggregate liability for a paid month is limited to the subscription fee you paid for that month.
