Refund policy

Every new account includes 1 month of Chart (₹499) at no charge. No payment is required to start the trial. You may upgrade to Pro by paying during the trial.

Paid months

Chart (₹499) and Pro (₹999) are billed in advance for the month. GST extra where applicable. Paid periods are generally non-refundable once the workspace has been available for that month.

Billing errors

If you were charged twice, charged after you already paid, or charged the wrong plan, contact us within 7 days of the debit. We will refund verified duplicate or erroneous charges.
