Privacy policy

This policy applies to https://charting.in and the charting web terminal operated by Seven Ticks Software (“we”). By creating an account you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Account details you submit: name, email, phone, password hash.
• Google sign-in identifiers if you use Google.
• Broker API credentials and session tokens you choose to save, stored so we can show funds, holdings and positions. We do not use those credentials to place, modify or cancel orders.
• Workspace data: layouts, drawings, watchlists, Dovee scripts and billing status.
• Standard server logs (IP, user agent) for security and uptime.

How we use it

We use this data to run the terminal, authenticate you, bill paid plans, send verification and password-reset mail, and fix abuse. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your broker connection to trade on your behalf.

Sharing

Processors that help us operate the product (hosting, database, email, payments) may see the subset they need. We share data if Indian law requires it.

Retention

We keep account and workspace data while the account is open. You can ask us to close the account via the contact page. Backups may lag deletions by a short period.
